2
Your host confirms within 24 h and sends the run sheet + shuttle pickup point.
3
Night of: the shuttle collects you, you walk past the line into your booth, and it moves the group between all three clubs.

Quick answers
Is Windsor 19+?
Yes. Ontario's legal drinking and entry age is 19, and photo ID is checked at every club door. Michigan is 21+, which is why many groups cross the river.
Do I need a passport?
To cross the border you need a passport, enhanced driver's licence or NEXUS card. A standard US licence alone is not enough to re-enter the US.
Can I buy bottles online?
No — drinks are bought at the club. The VIP bottle-service credit is applied at the venue when you buy bottles there.
Is there a minimum group size?
Yes, 10 guests for the Standard and VIP packages. Under 10? Ask for a quick quote.
Can we change or cancel?
Free date change up to 7 days out. Cancellations refund 85% (a 15% fee applies).
Are women and mixed groups welcome?
Yes — all three clubs welcome women, couples and mixed groups. Alley Katz even offers couple entry pricing.
